In addition we are certified to apply numerous synthetic time data systems comprising MOST® (Maynard’s Operating Sequence Technique), MTM-1, MTM-UAS and BMW SD and qualified in work study, pace rating, developing standard time, line balancing and resource planning.

We also offer a professional senior logistics consultant who has over 20 years experience applying Lean and waste elimination projects using Toyota Production system (TPS) our senior design consultant has over 40 years experience in both 2D & 3D solid modelling with Catia, Autocad and Inventor whilst our Works Study consultant has over 30 years experience in all

Our ‘taster” seminars are available in any of the tools in Lean Six Sigma syllabus for each of the yellow, green or black belt certifications.

Each course progressing from yellow to green then black and ability builds on the “body of knowledge” gained from the previous belt, slowly building up competence.
